You are wrong on this video
@@Burn_Slowcare you explain officer?
This guy definitely deserves a worse score than the police on this one.
@@Romanus- when the auditor ask for the other officer name he wasn't talking about the two troopers, he was talking about a city or county unit that was nearby. Also driving with a suspended tag
Following a cop around for auditing purposes while driving on expired registration.
Smooth brain move.
I know you're so perfect, you've never forgotten anything🙄
He's baiting, which is what a lot of auditing amounts to in a sense. This guy doesn't really do it with any elegance at all, ironically acting on the same emotional desire for control that he rightly criticizes cops for.
I’m 5 minutes in so far and this guy is dumb as a brick lmao. Tells them to pat him down then turns around mid frisk. Weirdo lol
@@TheOneandOnlyD-R-EI've forgotten many things in life, but never to renew my car registration for years
Plot twist, all their patrol vehicles also have expired registration lol.
I give the cops an F for not writting the ticket.
Well said! Dude acted like a complete moron.
Me to at his stupidity of bullying
Eh, only a warning? End of shift maybe? Too much paperwork? I would have cited him per the BOOK! Guy would have "audited" his way into a tow bill if it was me. He knew his tags were expired...trolling for an excuse to "Audit" imho. Got caught and started Operation Gaslight.
Respect to the cop for not just giving him a ticket when he said he wasn't, because the guy was being a pain
I suspect they just wanted to ID him.
I 100% support these Troopers in this encounter, as these professionals were extremely polite, respectful, patient, and they also constantly tried to deescalate this “Mr. Watchman’s” missteps.
Besides the whole lying and doing unlawful orders.
I don't have a problem with the cops in this one. The citizen in this case is to me an idiot. I hated his condescending tone and the fact that the cops already gave him the ticket which meant he was able to leave no problem but no he had to stay there and lecture them. What a buffoon
I would have liked to have been one of the cops n just wait for him to get to complaining about over extending the stop just to watch his face when I replied, 'Oh, this stop was over a long time ago but you wouldn't shut up long enough for me to tell you.'
I agree. He was being deliberately difficult and is the one who escalated this encounter. The cops didn't 'go after' him, this was a legitimate stop, and they began things politely and clearly. They only escalated once he became difficult. I would reverse the grades... he gets the C- and they get the B-.
This guy is his own worst enemy. These cops were nice to him and he couldn't stand it.
I was thinking the same thing.
The one cop seemed professional, the backup guy was clearly not nice. He quickly put hands on the guy, and literally said "I'm not as nice as him" and made up "lawful orders" with no law supporting him. Stands there mean mugging him then makes some sarcastic comment about the cop himself being attracted to his victim. It's weird. A "nice" officer isn't defined by whether he did everything in his power to harm you. It starts with being willing to do the right thing, and also being open to learning. These officers likely learned zero from this encounter.
@@justwannasharevideo1058
Ya know, disobeying a lawful order is grounds for detainment, stopping them from doing their duties is also against the law and is an arrestable offense. These officers could have arrested this dude at any point and time that they wanted to after this FYI. Don't run your mouth if you don't know what you are talking about. The problem in this scenario was not the officers and my patience would have run real thin with this dude real quick and let him talk to a judge about it.
@@justwannasharevideo1058 I think thats the point of back up. If you ignore the nice cop, you get the back up
@Delimon007
Key word in "lawful order" is "lawful".
Just because a cop gives an order doesnt make it lawful.
“ mr watchmen “ is insufferable. I can’t stand people that behave like that. I give those officers a lot of respect for for their deescalation.
He really was. I know it’s cold, but hands out of pockets is a basic compliance so they don’t get shot. Then everything was on his terms. He was belligerent.

It was posted on that channel but is that actually the channel owner in the video?
There are some auditors who are legitimate activists, who are trying to bring change or awareness BUT I’ve also come to realize the vast majority of them are the dregs of society who do this for content, and whose behavior will only hurt everyone else in the long run.
“Don’t give me directives”, as he continually gives directives to the officers. What an ass. He gets an F-.
ATA explanation is wrong with this one. The citizen kept the hostile demeanor when the officers were calm. They gave him a warning on a traffic violation and once the traffic stop was over the citizen closely followed the second officer to his car and continued his hostile demeanor. This could be argued that the citizen was threat. Also when asked to remove his hands from his pockets that also could be considered a threat. ATA gets D-
Arguing that someone is a threat for simply being near you is a slippery slope dude. Is that really the world you want to live in? The guys with vests and guns and qualified immunity should be nervous and scared by a guy who’s already been searched just walking near them? You don’t see anything wrong with that?
@@grimster41this guy is aggressive and acting irrational, cops are totally in the right to be cautious of this guy.

@@grimster41 The citizen's attitude is so hostile I don't blame the cops for thinking of him as a threat.
Hands in pockets are threat? Give me a break, dude. They have no business demanding people to take their hands out of their pockets. They are either too scared to do the job or just being control freaks.
@@grimster41 it's about the context. He's not just "near him." He's getting animated, upset, belligerent, and closing distance after the officer's back was turned. I would have been feeling threatened in that situation too. Non violent people don't act this way.
Sometimes, both cops and the citizens get on my nerves. Shit.

Yeah, I’m gonna have to disagree with the channel on this one. I think the driver was in the wrong and continue to compound stay on top of mistake. The cop was very patient and lenient with the driver. I think a C minus for the cop on this one is a bad call. The driver gets an F.
I agree with you. I believe the cops maintained a respectful attitude towards this arrogant guy. In my opinion the did de-escalate the situation, the cop only gave him a warning handed him the paper & left instead of giving the guy confrontation that he was wanting. The other cop should’ve left at that point too, but he still kept a calm demeanor. And I’m rarely on the cops side cuz they don’t give me a reason to be, but these two guys did a good job.
The cop was being passive aggressive. He was trying to throw around his authority by giving unlawful directives. The cop is used to ordering people around for no reason other than because he likes to have power over them. The citizen called him out on it, and the cop backed down, just in a way where his ego was still intact. The guy did not break a single law besides having expired tags. The citizen is right, he was just rude about it. After the ticket was given, the cops should have left. The guy had every right to stay there and approach the cop's vehicle. Vehicles in public can be approached and even looked into. Cops do it all the time.
@@Justinegallows haha, really???
I used to agree with this channel quite a bit, but recently I find the ratings to be pretty poor.
@@Justinegallows I wished youtube allowed laugh reacts to comments so you can see the ratio of how many people agree with you or just find your response to be asinine. I for one, find it to be asinine. 🤣
Rare situation where the cops get an A and the so-called auditor gets an F. Don’t follow the cops around when you have expired tags, then get confrontational even after getting a warning. Doing too much, sir.
I don't know yet how the rest of the stop goes, but the guy getting all upset, approaching the car and putting his hands in his pockets was really unwise.
Now I've gotten to the point where the trooper goes to walk away and he approaches him. He's doing everything he can to convince the officers he's a violent threat, and then criticizing them for thinking so.
This guy is driving me nuts.
@@goodolbrad3I've noticed that in a lot of new "auditor" channels and videos. They are all frauditors, not actual auditors, trying to get lawsuit paydays yet are so ignorant of the law that they just embarass themselves and the auditing community
And AtA not being willing to call it out, or at least actually scrutinize the guy and give proper kudos to the cops, makes me think even the traditional auditing channels are becoming more about spectacle than principle.
Just look at James Freeman, who has become a rage-baiting bully.
I disagree with ATA on this one. The guy was immediately combative from jump, got out of his car without being asked to, and kept putting his hands in his pockets after repeated requests from the trooper not to. The trooper even asked him to get back into his car (if he was so cold) and didn't do it. I think a Terry frisk was completely justified. The guy was trying to control every aspect of this stop.
@@TheDarhkOne yeah I disagree with him pretty strongly too. they normally have good analysis, but this video reveals their bias. Imo the guy was nonverbally signaling he was a threat the entire encounter. probably on purpose to provoke a response. If I were somewhere in public and having an argument with another man, and i turned to leave only to see him walking up to me like that I would absolutely be prepared for the encounter to turn physical. To try and pretend like it's not at least threatening is a little ridiculous but who knows what could be proven in court.
@@TheDarhkOne The guy actually suggested that they frisk him, lmao. It was by request!

edit: no idea how these officers received a C minus. the citizen was aggressive and defiant and just an overall insufferable jerk the entire stop. and that citizen obtains a B minus!? no, no way. you seem to be biased against the officers in this case. end of the day, it comes down to treating each other with mutual respect and being model human beings. the citizen undoubtedly failed and should be ashamed of themselves and those officers deserve praise for tolerating him.
It doesn’t get better

Being a jerk isn't against the law. This is a channel that assigned legal grades. Ur feelings don't matter. He can be a jerk. He didnt do anything he wasn't legally allowed to do. Take ur feelings elsewhere. This is about the law!
No mate at the end of the day it comes down to following the law and the cops following the law an there procedures that don't interfere with law n his rights. Being polite an respectful isn't involved at all. People say being respectful will help but really it shouldn't make a difference at all.
@@mostill4605I hate when people say that. Laws are actually based off of feelings. You get a restraining order, why? Because you feel scared, you feel unsafe and the courts can protect you from that because there are laws pertaining to that. Almost all laws are based off of feelings. Such as "I feel this guy was a threat by pointing his gun at me so in self-defense I drew my weapon".... that is based off of feelings. "I feel that our country is in danger therefore we have military forces " as well so, try a different argument.

Dude, the guy deserves a D minus. He was looking for a fight, clearly doesn’t like being given (lawful) orders. I give the cops a B minus for having the patience to deal with a tart like that.
Cops have every right to take steps to take action if they feel threatened. Hands in the pockets is a clear indicator of potential threat. Guy not complying is another indicator. Guy walking around probing is another.
Cops are human beings too. Yes we hold them to a higher standard but they deserve some leeway (not against the law) in regard to taking steps in protecting themselves from non complaint idiots like this guy.
Every one puts their hands in pockets in winter time

Would you feel comfortable with a stranger approaching you with his hands in his pockets? Or are you going to take measures to create space and or maybe try to de-escalate?
Anybody with an IQ over room temperature can understand that
I'm with you. Except, dispite the argument of trying to deescalate the situation by not giving a ticket. I think watchman should've gotten a ticket, and he definitely shouldn't have gotten a B-. Hi, I am an English truck driver living in Canada, often picking up goods from the US, years ago I was stopped by police, as I had a buddy that was a cop, I did what he told me to do in the UK. I pulled over as far as safe, applied the park brake, cut the motor, got out of the truck and walked to the front curbside of the truck, I already had my paperwork folder in my hand. The US cop almost had a fit, was very sharp in tone, and was clearly not happy. As I was not used to the police stop customs in the US, I also was not happy with the cops response. The reasons I did what I did, are, the officer is safer on foot in front of a parked truck than hanging off the step or talking through a window in the flow of traffic, and as it was raining and dark, the officer had some shelter from the wind and rain to see using my headlights to check the paperwork quickly. Customs, and good practice from other countries are not always a bad thing. Thank you for your time sharing this content.😄
The “watchman” needs to watch more auditing videos. Cause this ain’t it.
Troopers deserved much higher rating.
Sometimes you have to talk when you’re a man. In this case it’s talking time.

"Let's Go cop watching with a broken windshield, expired registration, windows tinted pitch black, let's also not wear our seat belts, and I left my license at home. There's no way the cops will have PC to stop us". There should be an auditor "code of conduct".

Sorry but this dude is the reason more police interactions don't go so well. Imagine these police officers dealing with people like him and then having to go to the next traffic stop. I don't think he had any good intentions and there's nothing he did that was a positive for society. They pulled him over for an expired tag and he gets let off with a warning when it was fully in the police officer's rights to tow the car if they really wanted to.
The cops did tell the guy to pull his hand out of his pockets and he said no. After that is when he gave his consent. So they were able to frisk him since he initially refused to follow that order. 3:49 Cops-"Keep your hands out of your pockets." Man-"No."

Mr. Watchman was following the cop around, got out of the car unprompted, refused to stand by his vehicle when asked, and refused to take his hands out of his pockets when asked. Good on him for standing up for his rights, but trying to escalate a traffic stop when you actually have expired tags is unwise. The patience of the initial officer is wasted on this man. Most other cops would take him in and claim qualified immunity if it was found unlawful.
These officers showed alot of patience salute tbh
This is a rare miss by ATA. The officers made mention of the “auditor” following them around (while there is no proof of this in the video, the “auditor” did not refute it). I have to imagine that the combination of following the officers, stepping out of the vehicle without direction and refusing to remove his hands from his pockets would provide the officers with adequate support to require a pat down. Further, the “auditor’s” steps towards the officer leaving the situation could easily be interpreted as aggressive and threatening. The amount of restraint shown by the officers when dealing with an “auditor” that was clearly provoking them (with expired tags btw) was impressive - ATA should be commending this. I felt by the end of this video that I watched a completely different interaction from what was assessed.
Sorry to say the dude in the truck is way out of hand....so unnecessary
This guy does NOT deserve a passing grade! 😂😂😂
3:48 this channel has gone so far down hill. This dude was combative from the start. He was following the officer and then when pulled over legally the officer asked him to take his hands out of his pockets and he refused. I would also consider his behavior to be “erratic” and yet they are saying the officer did not have the right to pat him down. Bullshit! I am unsubscribing. Police get shot by people like this everyday and it happens in a split second. It’s easy to sit at your computer criticize. Try going out and being a cop for a day, I bet you change your mind.

I might just be stoned and have adhd but everytime I hear the intro song for this channel I start playing the "Home Depot" theme song in my head and it feels like the song is that song missing all the sfx, guitar and more drums.
This guy isn't auditing, he is looking for a confrontation. Arguing semantics on lawful orders & frisk search, isn't even worthwhile in this case.
He had expired registration, only got a warning (even after being difficult from the outset) & had the opportunity to let the cops get on with their job. Instead he wasted their time & his own.
The cops get an "A" in patience on this one with the arrogant and at times belligerent jerk.
It doesn't matter that the guy "gave consent" when the frisk was already coming from his refusal to keep his hands out of his pockets. In your statement list of reasons that would give the officer the right to have concern, you named three the guy displayed right off the cuff to give the officer concern for safety. That officer was fully within his rights to issue a ticket as a second offense would lead to an impound on top of the fine. The only one that "extended" the traffic stop was the jerk who should have gone back to his vehicle and left.
Yep. After saying something to the effect of, “Don’t extend the stop any longer than it needs to be”… he then proceeds to do just about everything he could to do so himself. He’s what I call a ‘Ridiculous Dude’. Not a ‘Watchman’.
It was a legitimate stop cause of expired tags. We should always expect best from our public servants and make sure our rights are uphold. With that said citizens should try to do bare minimums such as valid registration and inspection stickers, valid license, and not starting out hot. The cop in this case started out calm and professional. The not maintaining basic vehicle standards really bothers me as driving has become much more dangerous post pandemic and we need everyone to follow basic traffic safety laws.
Expired tags is such a inconsequential matter. Yet cops routinely use it to stop innocent people and then harass them. How many videos do we see of cops stopping innocent americans because of an expired tag and then they ask them to get out. Then they search the vehicle or other shenanigans like they smell weed.
@@showwhite7320The cop was literally trying to get the paperwork and be done with it

@@showwhite7320yes, there are times when simple things as expired tags are abused as a reason to drum up more trouble
But here it seems the officer was in the process of just doing his due diligence and this interaction would probably have been a fraction of the time spent. But instead, the citizen decided to make a show about knowing his rights and exasperated the situation.
@@keiththoma2559 Registering a car doesn't make it safer. It truly does not. It's just a way to track a car's ownership. Nevertheless, cops use it as an excuse to harass innocent people.
In fact, if you really think about it, the fee is unnecessary. People should just be allowed to register their car online to notify the state that their car is still on the road. That's it.
The man from the truck said and did everything he could possibly say and do wrong + he comes off very aggressive. I'm not saying the man from the truck was wrong legally, but it's definitely borderline & when you are looking for trouble... You're generally going to find it. This was preventable.
I think I would side with the cops on this one. First time ever.
I dont feel the cops are in any wrong position here. This citizen is just a miserable dude whos hoping he can entice the police into a situation. He should have just taken his warning, and rolled on with his day.
I immediately lost interest the moment I heard he had expired registration. That's RAS for interaction.
This guy is one of those people who thinks he knows everything, but just falls flat and makes himself look silly. I don’t like the cops in this one either, but this auditor needs to work on his talking too much. Acts tougher than he is.
I actually thought the first officer did quite a good job of being reasonable, polite, and restrained in only issuing a warning. It was the second officer who was drawn into the bickering contest when he had nothing to gain and should have just left
Yeah I'd have just left.
The officer was polite and was simply going to write him traffic tickets because his license was expired and he couldn’t find his insurance card, something I’d certainly like him to produce in the event of an accident.
The guy got out of his car after the cop told him he was concerned about his safety, which the driver mocked him for, and started with a dismissive attitude towards the officer and became argumentative, refusing to take his hands out of his pockets, or simply sit in his truck until the officer could finish writing the tickets.
In so many of these videos, none of this would’ve happened if the driver didn’t act like a complete jerk. Sometimes it’s the officers who escalate things for sure, but this driver didn’t listen, or respect the officer from the outset and I believe was the root cause for the escalation, in this case once he decided to get out of his truck.
The cop literally said, let me go back and get the paperwork done and get you out of here. Everything that happened after that was the driver’s fault for escalating and his fault for driving with expired tags. Sorry. the Driver is the cause of his own problems.
Saying that the cops in this one were "hostile and unprofessional" is turning a blind eye to what was coming back their way. It's not unreasonable to be concerned for their safety with a guy as agitated as this.
This guy in the pickup is not too bright. He could have recorded and just sat in his car and the stop would have ended quickly. He escalated by ticking off the cops with his hostile attitude. You have to wonder if the guy was fishing for trouble. I'd give this guy in the truck a "F" for extending a stop where he would have just gotten a warning. Then he exaggerated everything the cops did or said to make it into something bigger. I think the cops could have given him the citation instead of the warning. In Ohio, cops have had vehicles towed for expired registration. The cops were being pretty nice by not amping up the incident.
AA, you got thus one so wrong. The perps attitude and actions were aggressive and STUPID. 1. Following a cop around with an expired tag, 2. Walking up on the cop with your hands in your pockets. AND having an *sshole attitude. Mr. Watchman deserves an F.
Man some times Audit the audit is way too harsh on the cops and way to kind on the individuals. This guy should get an F, D if hes feeling generous. He was clearly in the wrong in every action he took. The cops handled this fairly i would've gave them a B. They acted reasonably. This guy is his own worst enemy and will get him in much worst trouble than just a warning
ATA glazing an auditor? Never.
That guy is a petulant child.
I don't think the cops were out of line that much in this video. He didn't restrict the patdown until after the fact, I personally think the police were justified for the patdown the second he got out of the vehicle and refused to take his hands out of his pockets. The officers do have a right to control the scene for a lawful stop, which this clearly was. He was clearly being aggressive and intentionally argumentative which is his right but not in combination with the other activities. They have a lawful reason for pulling him over, they stayed calm, He got out of the vehicle without permission and refused to pull his hands out of his pocket while being combative vocally, he was extending the stop by continuing his Engagement with the police in an argumentation and combative posture, and he was antagonizing the officer that did not take the bait when he was whining about the officer "staring him down". This seems like it should have been a video explaining how not to conduct an audit rather than a criticism of the police in this scenario.
The main criticism I would give to the cops is they should have just Ignored him and left after the stop was over. The guy was arguing with the cops and closely following them to their car (which I would take as a threat just as a normal citizen). The one cop should not have sat there trying to explain anything, he should have just said have a nice day and left not giving the guy what he wanted. I would not consider that part of the video as the cops extending the stop as the man was free to leave, it was a consensual conversation at that point when the man chose to keep engaging
Why do people insist on making stops harder than they need to be. This guy just needed to sit in his truck and shut up, take his ticket and go about his day. Idiot
I’m only 5 minutes in… and yeah… this citizen might be within his rights… but he seems to be making the interaction more difficult than necessary.
@tanya5322 Definitely. First impressions 5 minutes in is the cops giving this guy so much leeway with how much of a dick he's being. 100% intentional behaviour.
He was following the cop. He wanted this to happen.
@@Faelinorleeway for what?
He's looking for a fight, trying to manufacture an incident
When a government employee says they pay taxes too they seem to forget they pay their taxes with our taxes.
Notice how the first officers engaged and then disengaged and was gone because he knew this was going to go sideways and he actually left the other officer with a so called suspect acting irrationally.
The man does seem to be a bit of a jerk, he didn't make things easier or himself.
This guy obviously was looking for a fight for whatever reason. If I were a cop in this day and age I would be concerned about someone following me around too.
"In this day and age."
Some people don’t like to be unnecessarily bossed or ordered around especially when all he did was offend the cops ego
@@polonick95he followed the officer around, while commiting a traffic violation.
That's like jumping in a shark tank with a suit made of tuna.
The only one with an ego issue is the civilian
@@polonick95Bullshit, he disobeyed lawful orders to make a scene and be a complete asshole. Hes the reason cops dont care to play nice guy anymore
You don’t even have to be a police officer to be concerned about someone following you around. If someone was following me around, I know I’d have some concern about that!
The guy needs to learn the art of not talking.
What you mean is for him to meekly comply, no way!
This guy is his own worst enemy...what a clown
Come on ATA, he was clearly told to remove his hands from his pockets and he refused. No search violation here, especially as the frisk was consensual.
Here we go!
I was thinking what now. Cop.
Then I watched and was like “dude”. I mean WTF.
His issue is, he tried too hard to act like he was prepared but completely failed the test. First off, he gave consent, secondly, he was a chatterbox. Last, if you’re gonna get into that line of work, make sure everything checks out with your vehicle and registration. Don’t give them reasons to pull you over.
24:23 The trooper refused to give another agencies officer name not another trooper name, which he doesn't have to give
This guy is an insufferable, yammering windbag.
Ive appreciated Audit the Audit in informing the public about their rights as citizens, and exposing corrupt, bullying and ignorant law enforcement. However, its episodes like this that i can no longer watch this channel. Maybe the Officers deserved a C-, but the citizen did not deserve B-. He deserved a D for douche. His actions and manner of talk, rude and inexcusable. Im not law enforcement, and i believe its time for all law enforcement agencies to straighten up, but even an informed citizenry should have measure of respect for the office. No public servant should be subject to bullying, rude behavior because "I pay your salary".
I thought the cop was actually pretty respectful and diplomatic in the beginning. He obviously lost his nerve with this guy as time went on though lol
The point is that cops issue unlawful directives when they're not needed as a means of control. Contrary to popular beief among cops in law enforcement, everything outta their mouths IS NOT a lawful order! I don't agree with his methold, but he exposed this unnecessary police tactic when he did exactly what they said he was not allowed to do. A big part of how cops do their jobs is based upon the ignorance of citizens who are unaware of their rights as well as the law, so it's very easy to intimidate, manipulate and coherence them to do things they're not legally obligated to do.
expired tag and no insurance then starting shit. this is how to be an idiot with cops
Should have been issued a ticket. Imagine getting in an accident with him and he has no insurance
Among the many things I'll never understand about the US and driving laws are:
- The concept of a registration that can expire
- Why police have to look at physical insurance documents instead of just looking up the number plate on a database
- Field sobriety tests instead of breathalysers
It all comes down to helping generate revenue for the state
@ it's such a pitifully small-minded form of corruption, if that's what it is
@@stevehill8411 corruption, greed, whatever you wanna call it. Bottom line is they want power and money.
I think the civilian is kind of in the wrong as well, after the officer gave him be warning he intentionally walked into the cop to antagonize him
Kind of? You mean completely right?
Regardless of laws and civilian rights, why be such a pain.
Cops saw an expired tag, therefore pulled him over.
Why not just sit in your car politely, hand over pertinent docs, and then wait.
Officers don’t know what they’re about to deal with and must take precautions thanks to the evil ones many officers have encountered previously. This driver is the guy who’ll argue that water is not wet.
The civilian gets a D- with the troopers getting a C. If you are going to follow police for the purpose of auditing then maybe you should make sure that you don’t have expired tags. Once he got caught he was probably a little embarrassed and tried to instigate a reaction out of the officers.
The C- for the officers is completely unwarranted. It's more like a B+, maybe even an A- The idiot deserved a grade of a Darwin Award.
That wouldnt support an anti cop anti law and order agenda though. This page isnt about audtiting, its just a pathetic power trip
@@skylerhickman3646Amen!! This page gets a lot of these interactions wrong intentionally.
Love these videos in general, but this guy IMO doesn't deserve a B or even a C. He was driving with expired tags, was argumentative and belligerent throughout the encounter, he made several specific unprompted and unexpected movements, and just in general this guy was a jackass. Does he have the right to be this way? Sure, but I think a lot of reasonable folks would see this footage and think that the officers were the ones being calm, collected, restrained, and professional here. There's a night and day difference between the A-level auditors and protectors of their rights, and this dude. I ALWAYS am on the side of the citizens here, but this guy made it tough for me to be so. Dude they even let you go with a warning. Come on.
I totally support the cops in this situation. You should expect to get pulled over if you have an expired tag. Cops did him a solid with the warning and he still wanted to be a douche. I give the cops and A and the driver gets an F.
The registration issue was right but the rest of the cops concerns were complete hogwash and the driver called them out on it.
You got problems if your worried about people following you your feared for your life
I'm all for police accountability, and I know they're going to find a reason to detain you no matter what... But if you're gonna instigate cops, make it a little harder for them to find a reason than an obviously expired tag. Come on guy!!!
The offender stepping out of his vehicle and not getting back in is the reason it was escalated!
He tried so hard to bait these cops😅😅
This dude is an idiot. This is not how you handle police interactions if you wish to assert every right available to you. This is why cops assume we are a sovereign citizen when we are not
"Watchman" is simply a moron. He spent the entire stop instigating and provoking the officers. Hes a typical rules for thee and not dor me individual.
Im so sick of hearing "I pay your check, you work for me."
