Hi Guys, quick question regarding mods. I know they are pinned in main post but i noticed that on the list of mods there are normalRoaming EV and badroaming EV. I was trying to find any info on those looking through comments but could not find much (a lot of pages).

Are those mods available anywhere to download? or is there a way to activate them?
